Grilled Flatbread


Cake batter

  • 1 package of store-bought pizza dough

  • 1 container of scallion cream cheese

  • 1 package of pre-cooked Beetology

  • Ready-to-Eat Beets

  • 1 package of glazed walnuts

  • 1 ball fresh mozzarella cheese

  • 1 package of goat cheese

  • 1 container of arugula

  • Honey to drizzle (optional)



Grill the dough

  1. Roll out the pizza dough until it is very thin. Grill it on a greased grill pan, grilling it on a few minutes each side until it has fully cooked through.

Add the toppings and bake

  1. . Shmear the grilled flatbread with a generous amount of scallion cream cheese.

  2. Crush the walnuts into little pieces and scatter a handful on top.

  3. Slice the beets and layer over the cream cheese.

  4. Scatter bits of goat cheese and mozzarella cheese on top, then bake on a cookie sheet at 350 degrees for about ten to fifteen minutes or until all the cheese has melted.

  5. Garnish with fresh arugula. For an extra burst of flavor, drizzle a small amount of honey over the whole flatbread. Slice into pieces and serve!
